Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards

Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable except where required by law and have no cash value.

Chargebacks, Disputes, and Fraud

We encourage customers to contact MOONSMC® directly to resolve any questions or concerns regarding orders, products, shipping, or returns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargeback Abuse & Fraud:
MOONSMC® does not tolerate chargeback fraud or abuse. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate transaction—including but not limited to orders that were delivered, used, installed, or not returned in accordance with our Return Policy—constitutes a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

• Submit all available evidence to payment processors and banks to dispute the chargeback
• Suspend or permanently ban customer accounts involved in abusive or fraudulent disputes
• Recover losses, fees, and costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks
• Refuse future orders from customers who engage in chargeback abuse

Customers agree that initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through MOONSMC® customer support may result in immediate account action and loss of purchasing privileges.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if the Services are discontinued.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
