At MOONSMC®, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our products are designed and built to last, and we proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
Our Lifetime Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper installation or user error.
- Parts that fall off your motorcycle due to incorrect installation or modification.
- Normal wear and tear, accidents, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers, resellers, or non-authorized MOONSMC® dealers.
- Items that were already installed on a motorcycle prior to purchase or resale.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Email us at info[at]moonsmc.com
- Include:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Your order number and proof of purchase (required for all claims).
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or problem area.
Once we receive your information, our team will review your claim and provide next steps. If the defect is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Important Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- MOONSMC® reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the above criteria.
- Replacement parts provided under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
- If the product is at end-of-life and no longer in production the warranty is then invalid.
