Below is our shipping policy including processing times, tracking, delivery issues, and international notes.

Quick Summary Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Tuesday–Friday, excluding holidays). Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Tuesday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Speed

Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect carrier transit time and begin once the carrier has picked up your package.

  • Handling time (processing/pack-out) is separate from shipping time (carrier transit).
  • If you select expedited shipping (ex: 1-Day), the clock starts after carrier pickup not when the order is placed.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Carrier scans may take time to update especially during weekends, peak seasons, or weather delays.

Delivery Issues, Lost, or Damaged Packages

MOONSMC® is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. However, we’ll gladly help you file a claim or provide supporting documentation when needed.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received, check around your property and with neighbors, then contact the carrier.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout. For full details, see our International Shipping Information page.

FAQ

Do you ship on weekends?
Our standard processing days are Tuesday–Friday (excluding holidays). Carrier pickup and movement can vary by service and location.
I selected expedited shipping—why hasn’t it arrived yet?
Expedited shipping speed is based on carrier transit time and starts once the carrier scans/picks up your package. Processing time is separate.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order ships, address changes may not be possible.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it—what should I do?
Check around your delivery area (porch/garage/side doors), ask neighbors, and contact the carrier with your tracking number. If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll assist with next steps.
