🧾 Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email info@moonsmc.com ASAP with your order number. Once an order is processed/shipped, changes may not be possible.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is in your order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find it, email info@moonsmc.com and we’ll help.

Do you offer military / first responder discounts?

Yes — we offer a military discount. Email info@moonsmc.com with a form of ID and we’ll send you a discount code.

📦 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within our normal handling time shown on the site/checkout. During launches, sales, and holidays, handling times may be longer.

Do you ship internationally?

If international shipping is available for your address, it will appear at checkout. Any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

My tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

First, check around your delivery location and with anyone else who may have accepted the package. Then contact the carrier with the tracking number. If you still need help, email info@moonsmc.com.

What is your return policy?

Can I return an installed item?

Generally, installed/used items may not be eligible for return. Eligibility depends on the product and condition. Contact us and we’ll help you determine next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund timing depends on inspection/processing and your payment provider. Once approved, refunds typically post within a few business days.

What does the MOONSMC® warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for eligible products. For full details and exclusions, see our Warranty Policy page.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Email info@moonsmc.com with your order number/proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video. We’ll reply with next steps.

Does warranty cover installation mistakes or modified products?

No — damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, or unauthorized service isn’t covered. If you’re unsure about install, reach out before installing and we’ll help.

Do you have install guides or instructions?

Some products include instructions and others may have online guidance depending on the item. If you need help, email info@moonsmc.com and tell us what you’re installing.

Can you help me confirm fitment before I order?

Yes — send your bike year/make/model and the product link (or screenshot) to info@moonsmc.com.

My product isn’t working — what should I do first?

Double-check connectors, wiring orientation, and your bike’s fuses. If possible, send photos/video of the install and what’s happening to info@moonsmc.com so we can troubleshoot quickly.
