✅ What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers eligible MOONSMC® products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the original purchaser.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Failure during normal use that is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue

If a covered defect is confirmed, MOONSMC® will repair or replace the item (at our discretion).


⛔ What’s Not Covered

  • Improper installation, user error, or modification
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or exposure-related finish changes
  • Damage caused by off-brand parts, aftermarket modifications, or improper wiring
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers / non-approved channels
  • Loss, theft, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect

Warranty decisions are made after inspection/testing to verify a manufacturing defect.

1) Proof of purchase
Include your order number and proof of purchase (required).

Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue and the full product.

Tell us what happened, when it started, and how it’s installed/used.

4) Return (if requested)
If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Some claims require the item be returned for inspection/testing.

If a return is required, the product must be sent to us so we can test, repair, or replace it as needed. We cover shipping for the repaired/replaced item being sent back to you.


⏱️ Turnaround Times

  • Claim review: typically 1–3 business days
  • Repair/replacement: typically 7–14 business days after approval (varies by item)
  • Updates: we’ll keep you posted as your claim moves through the process

📌 Additional Terms

  • Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
  • Replacement parts do not reset or extend warranty coverage
  • MOONSMC® may deny claims that don’t meet the criteria above
  • Discontinued / End-of-Life Products: Warranty coverage applies only while a product is actively manufactured and supported by MOONSMC®. If a product is discontinued or reaches end-of-life (including when parts are no longer available), MOONSMC® may deny warranty claims for that item. Any support offered for discontinued/end-of-life products (repair, replacement with an equivalent item, or store credit) is at MOONSMC®’s sole discretion.

Is the warranty really “lifetime”?
Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. “Lifetime” refers to the serviceable life of the product while it is actively supported by MOONSMC®.
Do I need to register my product?
No registration required — just keep your proof of purchase and order number.
What if I purchased from a third-party seller?
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for warranty coverage. Email us and we’ll help confirm eligibility.
Do you cover installation mistakes?
Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or user error is not covered. If you’re unsure about an install, email us before installing and we’ll help.
