Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with MOONSMC® – Moons Motorcycle Culture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the details below explain eligibility, timeframes, fees, and how to start.

Important: Items returned used/installed, missing parts, or not in original packaging may be denied or refunded at a reduced amount.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled (if applicable), and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags, parts, manuals, and accessories.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
  • Sale / “On Sale” items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Return Window

  • Standard return period: 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@moonsmc.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all included parts/accessories.
  3. Include a short note in the box with:
    • Order #
    • Name
    • Refund or Exchange (and exchange details if applicable)
Heads up: Returns without a note specifying refund or exchange may be returned to sender.

4. Return Shipping Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
  • Only USPS returns are accepted. Packages sent via UPS or FedEx may be refused and returned to you.

5. Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds for returned items.
  • Damaged, used, installed, incomplete, or non-original condition returns may be denied or refunded at a reduced amount.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your credit card company and bank first (processing times can vary).

7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

  • The item must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns (unused, uninstalled, original packaging).
  • Include exchange details in the box (size/color/variant or the exact item you want).
  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are at the discretion of MOONSMC and may incur a restocking fee.
  • Special Order items cannot be canceled or refunded after the 24-hour window.
  • 9. Disputes & Chargebacks

    Initiating a chargeback instead of following our Return Policy may delay resolution and does not exempt customers from the terms outlined in this policy.

    Returns must be approved and processed through MOONSMC® directly. Chargebacks filed for items that are delivered, installed, used, or not returned according to our Return Policy will be disputed.
